Définition

A contract that sets out the terms and conditions of the relationship between an employer and an employee.

Description

An employment contract "documents the obligations they [employer, employee] have to each other, the benefits they will receive from each other and defines workplace expectations for both. Employment Contracts should define the process for termination of the employer/employee relationship in the future. Ideally, Employment Contracts are reviewed on a regular basis and are tailored to suit individual veterinary practices or veterinary related businesses."
