System within the hidden economy in which goods and services are traded.

Goods traded within the hidden market may either be illegal to sell or stolen, or legal and sold illicitly to avoid tax payments or licensing requirements. Transactions are conducted outside of the law and so are necessarily conducted out of the sight of the law.
