PRINCIPLE OF FAIRNESS

A principle establishing social relations based on equality.

The principle of fairness finds applications on a national and international level, and is regulated by governments and the UN. On a global scale, It aims at reducing inequalities between rich and poor countries through fair trade and economic cooperation. It also aims at reducing human rights violations in non-democratic countries.
